If your unit has been shut down for an extended period of time please follow the steps below to start up your chiller.

Restarting your Crysalli unit from an extended shut down

1. Confirm that the water shutoff valve is still in the off position and the unit is turned off
   1. If the unit has been shut down for less than 7 days, flush water filters by dispensing still water for five minutes. (Link)
   2. If the unit has been shut down for more than 7 days, replace your water filters per Everpure’s recommendation (Link) and disinfect filtration system
2. Drain water from water bath, and scrub with a diluted bleach and water mix.
3. Refill the water bath up to ¼” from the top of the white standpipe. Please refer to this video when refilling: VIDEO
4. Turn the water and power back on and allow time for the ice bank to form before needing to serve chilled still or sparkling water
5. This is a good time to clean your air filter and replace the battery on your leak block detector (if one is installed)
